This infographic highlights the impact of the Pedagogical Leadership in Africa (PedaL) initiative and the role of transformative female leadership in reshaping graduate education. It presents key achievements—over 1,000 educators trained and 320,000 lecturers reached—while illustrating PedaL’s shift to inclusive, gender-sensitive, student-centred teaching.

 

The design also showcases leadership attributes that enabled this change across African universities through a collaborative, cross-country effort.
